NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the Board of Education of School District No. 12 in the Counties of Montgomery and Macoupin, Litchfield, State of Illinois, that a public hearing on a proposed waiver application to allow the district to allow non-resident students whose parents are employees of the district to attend its schools free of charge.
NOTICE is further given that a public hearing on said waiver for non-resident tuition will be held at 6:00 p.m. on the 17th day of May in the High School Radius Room, 1705 North State Street, Litchfield, Illinois.
