3) or have your student stop by the middle or high school office to bring home a consent form.
All vaccine recipients must wait 15 minutes after vaccination before being released
IMPORTANT If your child is a bus rider, please be available in case their shot time does not allow them to ride the bus home. This may also delay other pick up times as appointments may be scheduled from 3:00 to 4:00 as well.

What time will my child receive his/her vaccine?
Times will be determined once appointments have been received. Your child will be allowed to contact home to share the timing with you once it is set.
Can I be there when my child is vaccinated?
Yes. 1 adult may be present. That adult will need to be masked and check in at the middle or high school office.
Is my child required to get this vaccine?
No, it is OPTIONAL. It is being offered and is not required.
Why would I have my child get this vaccination at this time?
The vaccination has been FDA approved. Also, under our “test and stay” guidance, students that are FULLY VACCINATED and are masked and within 3 feet of a COVID positive student DO NOT have to quarantine and they DO NOT have to test to stay in school. Vaccinated students only have to do either of those things if they develop symptoms.
