Litchfield High School hosted their first Job Fair on Friday, April 28th at the Litchfield C.U.S.D. #12 Unit Office. All Junior and Senior Litchfield H.S. students attended the fair. Students were given the opportunity to meet with 15 local businesses.
Many of the businesses did on the spot interviews leading to some students being offered jobs at the fair! Other businesses took the time to do mock interviews, or help students fill out applications. Students were encouraged to bring copies of their resumes which were created in their Essential Skills course and for Senior Seminar presentations, to receive professional feedback from the companies.
A big thank you to our local businesses who took the time to come to the Job Fair and help our students better prepare for the workforce!
